Saw you recently sold your stoptech bbk, might I ask why you want the PFC kit over the stoptech? I have the PFC kit on my coupe but have been a little concerned about it being NLA and replacement parts for it may start to get scarce in the future?

Hi. It's just because pfc is more track focused.
Stoptech doesn't feel as great as pfc.

Yea. You will have to start buying other brands for rotor and pads.

Good to know. Is it in the pedal feel? Have you tried AP racing? I'm sure the difference might be minute it might not be noticeable to the typical person but interested to know your feedback.

I actually bought ap racing since I couldn't find pfc.
It was many things. Pedal feel, modulation, and the knock back from stoptech was bad.

I just didn't have enough confidence to brake late like I used to with Pfc.

I love my AP Racing setup. I onyl did fronts.

It looks like you went with the thicker pad model? I think that's the 9668 caliper?

I was going to do that, but then heard it can really limit wheel options, so I went with the "normal" 9660 calipter. It's turned out ok for me as I have used only 1 set of DS3.12 pads for ~12 track days this year.

I have still not done the rears, but I hope to do that within the next year or two.

Love your cars!

Yeap! Got the 9668. Didn't know about fitment issue. Lets see how it goes with titans.

How did you like the pads? Got the same one.

For my fronts in the AP 9660 calipers, I have been through:
DS2500
- did not last a session without fade, wear quickly when pushing the car
DS1.11
- good pads, endurance racing pads, wear extremely well, need a fair amount of heat to work, decent pedal feel and modulation capability
DS3.12
- my favourite pads, wear similar to DS1.11, seem to be built for heavier cars doing track days, good strong initial bit and ramp-up, most modulatable of the pads I tried, lasted me a whole track days season of ~12 days
