It's time to move on. This car has never been abused and always garaged. The pics don't lie it is absolutely perfect. 25,050 miles all new Hankook Ventus V12s with less than 500 miles. All records from services, two keys, all books, original window sticker and even the break-in sticker is still on the car. All the black you see is plastic dip and can be removed. No other mods done. Only serious inquires please. Asking $35K but any reasonable offer will be considered. email me at sellingmymcoupe@hotmail.com for more info or pics. |

was done but I didn't like the look so I took it off. It looks better if the roof is glossy so it blends with the back windshield and plastic dip will only go on flat so I took it off as you can see in the pics, me removing it. I was thinking of doing gloss vinyl on the top so it could be removed later but since I am selling it the next owner will have to do it if they want=)

Due to your post count, I can't pm you. Did you also Plastidip the wheels? How long ago, and how has it held up? If not, what type of paint did you use and process? Wanting to do this on aluminum wheels.

We should all buy stock in Plastic Dip best stuff ever!!! It has been on my front lip for about 1 1/2 years and 8 months on my wheels and all you have to do is wash it off and it looks like the day I did it (pics are from yesterday). It doesn't damage the underneath as I learned when I removed the top after about 4 months of it being on. Really amazing stuff. It was either that or you can pay like $100 a wheel for power-coat and it will not be reversible. I will tell you this, it will not hold up on the wheels when you replace the tires as the machine that they use to install the tires will peel it off. The only trick is that you have to put it on really think like 4 or 5 coats so that it can be pealed off, otherwise it will shred and will come off in a bunch of pieces when you try to remove.

P.S the S2000 will be entire plastic dipped in the next week and I will put more pics. Purchased large 1 gallon direct from plastic dip that I will spray on with a professional sprayer, don;t recommend doing large areas with the spray paint can as the coverage is very sketchy to say the least, that is good for the lip and wheels. Tried it on the driver door and it looked like crap!
