I think you mean bananas sprinkled with cheerios.

For me, still oatmeal w/ a handfull of blueberries + honey drizzle and a 50/50 whey/casein protein shake. Added a tiny bit of PB as a treat and since I ran out of crushed walnuts. I'll spare a pic since it doesn't look appetizing (but tastes great).
