Yes V-Clamps, and I'm hoping for good numbers too, just a matter of time now.

We are trying to find a company to fabricate the X-pipe since we changed the design the company that we were going to use could no longer build since some of the bend are compound and I don't want to use welds in any where on our system. little bump but we still on schedule.
Other little problem that I run into, is that my car does not start anymore, I got a EML and SES light after running with the headers only w/o sec 1, I will have to check on that before other test can be done on the exhaust, I even removed my push start thinking could had being it but even with the factory IGN switch still not working and I can't take to the dealer now, so I will see what happens now. I will keep you guys posted. |

I will go with 2" for now, but most likely that I will change it later, I have a poll going on now and the winner (more votes) will be the one.

We found a fabricator for the x-pipe, Only thing is I need to make a minimum of 20, so I have to get some $$ for this. Anyways I will keep going and will keep you guys posted.

We are having some problems to get to the right price on the x-pipe, I may get a investor for this one and go bigger, but this will take some time, in the mean time I will finish the mufflers and resonator what should take about 2-3 weeks until I have it completely finished, once that is done I should have a price for the headers and maybe starting building a finished header.
As I told you guys I have the prototype completed and fitted and now is time to start seeing some finished products. After I complete the mufflers and resonator I will post pictures of the final results. |

I'd probably buy a well made section 1 with resonators. I was going to make one but I'm lazy. Why don't you make the tips slide adjustable with band clamps.

^ I just never thought about that, but I don't see why that could not be done.
I'm waiting on the muffler body to get here so I can send it to assy down on CA and put the flanges, brackets etc on it I will make sure I will study the possibility of doing that^ Thank's for the input. About the Sec 1, The place where resonators go will be with quick release V-band clamps so you can choose using the resonators or straight or even cats on that place in sec 1. as you please. |
