I'm still waiting for mine, ordered 6 weeks ago. I can expect another 6 weeks of waiting, too. "Ahhhhhh... California."

Haha, that is why I didn't get it then, I was thinking a mile was 5,600 feet! Haha. I would not have made that connection, although I am sure some might.

I have done nothing to it except the line-x bedliner so far! Well, that and the plates When I get around to modding it I am going to put a smal; 6" lift, some bigger tires and debadge the whole thing. Probably get a hitch too just for kicks.

This thread is really making me want to get new plates.....and I'm still waiting for my real plates. I have T-Tags right now. Especially with the sweet "aftermarket" plates we can get in Texas. http://www.myplates.com/Categories/PLPB202#
I was thinking the All Black with a White Star would look good on Silver Gray. Trailer hitch = Rear end protection. My father owns a service business that uses big vans to carry the equipment and has trailer hitches on all of them. He got rear ended by a civic at a redlight once, Destroyed the civic completely. Front of the civic stopped about 1 inch from his bumper. Basically didn't touch his car and the trailer hitch stiffarmed the civic. |

I tried to get 175MPH or something real close but the VA DMV will not allow that type of plate.... Though, it must be a recent rule, since I saw a S2000 with a plate that says 155MPH.

I went through a lot of iterations of various plates on-line. Anything with MPH at the end was now allowed.

The bad thing with hitches is if you get hit hard enough from the back, it can screw up your frame a lot easier.

The law here in Alberta requires any hitch that extends further than the bumper to be removed when not in use. It's somewhere around a $200 fine if this law is not obeyed.
