Ha! My previous job I worked for Ramsey Winch up in Tulsa. Our joke in the engineering department was:

"There's the right way. The wrong way, and the Ramsey way."

Being a smaller company in that field, we often had to pull super quick turn arounds to get business, meaning sometimes we'd have to LEGO stuff together for new products.
