Finally some shots of the car, sorry they're from the cell. Car was dropped off to me (again) from body shop and while being dropped off, the tow driver damaged the rear bumper. Went back into the body shop today with the OEM 18's installed. Will hopefully have it back from shop later this week, then time to start installing parts Also ordered a vanity plate based on all the continual bad luck I seem to have with this car.
Lastly, the classic gas station shot

Last update from 10/17 was bringing my car to another body shop (it had been damaged by tow truck). Yesterday, I picked up the car from the new body shop and in true CURSDZ fashion, they managed to lose my license plate. Can't wait for my vanity plate to come in, seems very fitting
Rear diffuser being gloss black seems kind of odd, I think I may have to get used to it. I'm putting the black chrome V810 back on tomorrow with some wider tires this time, I'm hoping/thinking that will help pull it all together.

That finish + the concave profile is just amazing. Can't wait to get them! My only gripe is they don't do 18x10 in 5x120. If they did, I would do 18x10 / 18x11 stagger but 5x120 is limited to 18x9.5, 18x10.5, & 18x11. Because of this, I'll be going 18x9.5 / 18x10.5 5x120.
Better shot showing the rear. Can't wait for a full shoot

Got new tires installed Friday 11/13 @ 81.5k miles, Federal RS-R 255/35/18 & 265/35/18. These things are beefy! I'm excited to see how they hold up in aggressive driving, I've heard some great things relative to the price.
Saturday 11/14 I went to a friend's place who needed to put in some wrench time on his Laguna Seca E46 M3 (Rogue bushings, Status Gruppe coilovers, Areqray exhaust, and a couple other goodies) and I took the opportunity to install my DKF Exhaust hangers, Rogue Engineering Diablo cans, R0ME0's V2 tails, and the hardtop retrofit kit. When I first got there; his Aprilia Dorsoduro left, my Z4M with stock cans , and his E46M on jack stands Out with the old, in with the new! DKF Hangers installed with upgraded vibration isolators (see thread here -> http://www.zpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1182456) Left = OEM, Right = Rogue (before fine tuning alignment) All done from up top, might need to extend these tips. I had originally planned on swapping to carbon fiber tips but the chrome is so nice & shiny. And last shot showing tip alignment and those shiny, shiny cans. Love this angle! Retrofit kit was next, and ultimately finished on Sunday. edit: Almost forgot! Also installed the OEM Oddments Tray (DIY coming soon) and Macht Schnell MS97 shift knob!

Did you have to do anything with the wiring underneath those 2 buttons or just leave them hanging/unconnected?
I have Nav too, but I think the SOS switch was on all US-spec Zeds. |

I just left it tucked under. I have SES light on for headers so don't know if it threw a code or not, will have to plug in later this week to find out. I love the spot though, it's perfect for my phone.

Thank you sir
A shot of the front from last night. Realized I haven't posted a front shot in a while so, here it is. I think I'll be taking it to another shop for some custom reworking, I'm not really happy with the current integration into the brake ducts (looks kind of sloppy IMO).

Okay, last pic for a bit! Daylight shot from yesterday so it shows the front bumper a bit better... Not really happy with how the brake ducts look so it's only a matter of time before I get it to another shop to sort out.
Next round of mods I'm considering are front splitter, mirrors, & spoiler although need to keep rod bearings in mind

Wow, I'm generally not a fan of the hardtop (the coupe looks much better), but this looks sick! Plus you've got the huge rear window of the hardtop. Any rear shots?

Took the plunge today and ordered all goodies for rod bearing replacement, with WPC treated bearings. Will be having Lang Racing (www.langracing.com) perform the work + alignment (maybe corner balance) once everything comes in. It will be nice not feeling like my car is a ticking time-bomb!

Got my rod bearing replacement kit today from ECS Tuning. I went with https://www.ecstuning.com/ES2992679/, which includes the WPC treated bearings & new rod bolts. Pretty cool ECS put these kits together with the various options, makes things much easier! The car will be going to Lang Racing (www.langracing.com) within the next two weeks to get the bearings replaced. Also throwing in a new oil temp sensor, hopefully that will take care of my temp gauge acting up. Today I ordered replacement stereo knobs, the same ones R0ME0 used here -> http://www.zpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1087617. Also ordered the trunk stoppers that are needed with the hardtop retrofit. Finally I will be able to open my trunk without fear or hitting my rear glass window
