I could never work delts everyday though with hitting them once per week by themselves and working chest twice per week.

Also, big meals or multiple small meals won't make too much of a difference in terms of body composition... overall calories at the end of the day is much more important so don't sweat that.
My delts wont get any bigger, I have no idea why. No matter how many shoulder exercises i do and how much weight I do, even with over 100g of protein per day they just wont budge...

And by shoulders I dont really mean a full delts to traps routine. I mainly just do traps because well; everyone likes huge traps

I will get some comparo-shots going and I'll post em up in a month or so.

P.S. BoostedBMW - I stopped the True-Mass and started up this strict diet, and new workout plan and I've noticed my abs are more cut (no more extra fat in my diet, since True-Mass is gone), and I'm putting on good size.

Here's my strict diet. I modified it from one that was in a book called 'Huge in a Hurry' featured in Men's Health Magazine. I consulted a nutritionist who is also a gym rat. This diet is for a 175lb male looking to put on muscle, however I am finding myself hungry at times.

7AM:
5 Eggs (1 Whole Egg + 4 Whites)
1/2 cup of Spinach
1 oz of lowfat Cheese (Frigo brand rocks, 1 oz string cheese sticks, 8g protein per if I recall)
1 cup of Blueberries

10:30AM
: Immediately after work out
1/2 Box of plain white pasta (not allowed to put anything on it as it will slow digestion).
30 Minutes After Above 3/4-1lb of 93/7 (or leaner) Ground Beef w/ Mustard (ketchup not allowed)

1PM:
1 Apple
3oz Cheese (same brand as above)
Handful of Celery

4PM
3/4 cup Low fat Cottage Cheese
1 cup of Pineapple
Handful of Almonds/Walnuts

7PM
6-8oz Chicken Breast
1 Sweet Potatoe
1 cup of Raspberries

10PM
3oz of Tuna
1 cup of Blackberries
Handful of Carrots
lol fuck that man i'm still young and I'm not really fat or at least i don't look it, your diet is to hardcore for me. Maybe when i get in my mid 20's i'll start to look out on what i eat

The reason they aren't getting any bigger is because you're not allowing enough rest time in between your shoulder workouts for them to repair. At least 48 hours I think is needed for shoulders, but I'd wait 72.

It's all about the mentality dude. If you have goals, like myself, and want it badly enough. You will do whatever it takes.

I used to have trouble with my shoulders not growing now they are probably my best body part next to my legs. I do 2 shoulder workouts, on my chest day I do shoulder press with dumbells and power pushes and hang cleans. And on my regular shoulder day I do Smith Machine press and Arnold press as my main heavy excercises and then I do rear delts(also do them with back) and then I hit the outer delts. Any other questions I will be more than happy to answer

my shoulders never "grew" beyond getting a nice pump when i worked them out until I learned to thrash my rear delts just as hard, if not harder, then side and front delts. it's now shaping up nicely... in fact today i'd normally do legs, but i'm putting that on the backburner because i'm going snowboarding on friday morning... DOMS sucks lol... so today i'm doing shoulders and back

^^ wow that's a lot of stuff you take. I am pretty much on the same boat as you before Oct 2008, perhaps a little less body fat. i am 5'10" 178lbs. I been doing a lot of cardio lately so i can burn some of the fat.

I have my wedding in Aug 2009, so i need to look my best for it, i just have no education when it comes to working out. I just go to the gym, and work different muscles on different days. It use to work when i was in High school and first years of college.

I let myself go, now i need to get back into it. Any advice will be appreciate it.

I noticed a bunch of people take NO Xplode. I thought about it but didn't want to feel all crazy.

Cars4life... you mean oct '08 as in 4 months ago or oct '07 because its pretty damn hard to stay the same weight and lose 15% BF in 4 months?!? In either case, nice progress!

BTW, my current stack includes the following (I don't take 17 different proteins everyday though )...

Multi
Fish Oil
Glucosamine
ON Whey
ON Casein
Dymatize Whey
Dymatize Gourmet blend
Dymatize 12-hour
Universal Storm
CL Purple Wraath

Currently for cutting I take Green Tea, L-Carnitine Tartrate, and EST Suppressor, but honestly I think they are all BS except for the green tea that is a good anti-oxident/mild thermogenic.

It won't make you rage, don't worry! lol
I do a lot of Muay Thai training so I rarely have time to go to the gym to lift anymore. Back then, it was 6 days per week. I have a buddy that takes NO Xplode and he lifts pretty crazy. Repping 85lb DBs on shoulder press. He only weighs in the 140s.

I eat like 6-7 times a day-TONS of protein.

Bench: 235lb
Squat: 325lb
Deadlift: 275lb

Supplements:
ON Whey
ON Cassein
NO Xplode
Size On
ZMA
Cheater.

Decent numbers though, beat my bodyweight to lift weight percentage by a bit (not too much though)

Why do you feel the need to take any supplements besides your regular diet and protien? Cassein and Whey are all I feel benefit me personally.

Blue Rasberry is the most tolerable for me, all of them work amazing, rediculous pumps that last about 3hrs. Stay away from orange it tastes like chilled vomit

If you are only going to try one supplement then you are better off going with a creatine product instead of an NO supplement IMO.
