Just wanted to say Hey. I'm going to be new to BMW's pretty soon hopefully. I've been a professional lurker for a while. Once finances are in order I'll be in the market for an M coupe! If it's possible to be an enthusiast without actually owning one, I'm that guy. Once I get a coupe I'll be posting a lot more.

Hello, just purchased an 04 Z4 2.5i today and I really like it so far. I hope to use this as a great resource of information for the car and maybe I can find something to contribute here and there. My first question is about the style 108, where can I get an OEM set or a quality aftermarket set? The wheels that came on the car are ok, but I think they are too heavy. I'll try to attach a picture. Comments welcomed.

Z4MC in Cleveland
Had the car about six weeks now, and just had a chance to give it a proper wash. Thanks for all the help from everyone on the forum!
Upgraded from a 56K mile '96 Z3 roadster. I guess I've got a thing for the Z's now, since I decided to upgrade to a Z4MC. '07, 45K miles, awesome condition. Production # 1371 |

No, it wasn't - at least not that I'm aware. I bought the car in Chicago from a Nissan Dealership. Guy babied it, gave it to his son, the son didn't want it and traded it in for whatever the nissan minivan is after only a couple thousand miles.

Hello All,
I am new to: - This forum - To BMW cars - To Convertible cars - Sport cars I am a huge fan of motorcycle, I have been riding for many many years, I have been across the country a couple of time. My Girlfriend has multiple sclerosis, so riding is now more difficult for her, so I am now in the process of moving away from the motorcycle. OK not completely, but for travel and weekend escape. The process is difficult but the Z4 is helping a lot ! I found a used one : Z4 2003 2.5i. I like the handling, the breaking and the open top All in all, its like new, except for the radio ... its sometime dying on me ... so I will want to replace it. I don't care for CD, is there a defacto replacement for the BMW system ? Also, I would like to have a bit more power on the car, is there a brand of Turbo that would be recommended for my model ? (Coming from the motorcycle world, its difficult to be satisfied ) |
