Oh; I bought this spacer: http://www.928motorsports.com/parts/...spacer_kit.php
Then had it cut down to the same spacing of the original pulley.

cool. I'm gonna take off my pulley, measure the spacing, and then request the coating company to machine it to match. I assume the stock pulley is just cut down 1/8", but it would suck to be wrong and have wasted all that money
did you have to take the supercharger off to the the pulley off? How are you going to calculate the belt size for your new pulley?

You just have to hold the pulley in place while you loosen the bolt; then it just slides off (if not, heat it up with a torch). The stock pulley on my kit was a 2.7", so I'll just use the same belt.

are you planning hitting 11psi on a stock fuel pump, or does your kit already come with fuel upgrades beyond bigger injectors?

I don't know why I'm over thinking this. 2.87" is a 3 step smaller pulley than 3.33" and should therefore be 3psi higher than 7. 1psi per each size decrease

beedub is running a less aggressive 130mm crank and 82.55mm supercharger from what I've gathered.

Beats me, all i asked was for the 8psi pulley upgrade to be included.
I have a boost leak as well, my car is only seeing 0.45 bar which is 6.5 psi. I need to get to 0.55 bar 8 psi. My car has EURO headers + decatted S pipe + stock xpipe and el diablo muffler (open flow) |

Did you do a baseline dyno, kr have one from a stock S54 car on that dyno? What was the correction factor?

alright. enough research! I ordered a 2.87" pulley, shipping straight to the pulley coating company. I hope it won't slip once its done. I'll probably replace my hydraulic belt tensioner just to be sure its not my belt size which is slacking right now.
I'll dyno before, and after. If the fuel isn't keeping up, I'm going to order an Aeromotive 340 stealth fuel pump. Maybe I should just do it now anyway, thats the next decision point... http://www.radiumauto.com/Fuel-Pump-...-E46-P314.aspx
