Same! I did terrible on my cut this year. Too much going on. I was actually thinking about starting my bulk early this year, but I'll just have more fat to lose next spring.

I'm 224 this am up from 216 in 5 weeks maybe 6. Goal was to surpass 230 this year for first time but I feel like a slug already im not meant to carry this much it doesn't feel like. My cut consists of not being as much of a pig for the spring and summer.

Shit. I'm at 145-ish. Was 129 @ 8.3% Last September. If I can make it to 155 @ 10% range I'd be stoked. No one ever told me losing the fat was the easy part. I'm a hard-gainer and F'n hate it.

Man, how tall are you?

Im at 165 and thats losing 10 because of covid (gym closed) so I just had to cut back to bodyweight stuff here. I was hoping to hit 180 but it was always a struggle, Im just not the right body type as food just goes through me/and or I just cant eat enough (i know, problems right)

5' 9", I was 240 two years ago. I mix between calisthenics and weights. I prefer weights, but the calisthenics are fun and I feel deliver a better workout, but to be fair; I don't do crazy weight compound lifts, due to health issues.

What kind of body weight stuff? Have you tried rings or parallettes?

Dude. 129lbs at 5'9 is ridiculously light. Almost unhealthy body weight.

145lbs @5'9 though can be either gymnast body or anorexic looking lol.

Yeah im 3 inches taller and 100lbs heavier. Would love to be 250ish but im getting old and carrying extra weight in form of muscle hard on me it seems. I feel every lb.
