Leftover turkey cutlets with curry sauce. And quinoa seasoned with curry powder, garam masala, tumeric and fresh garlic.

I would so be fine with eating Indian/SE Asian food for good with the only occasional burger or steak. And by occasional, I mean like once every few months.
