I for once would like to have a quiet exhaust which becomes louder at a flip of a switch or WOT ala 997 Sport Exhaust or Ferrari. Also droning is a big concern for me.

The mufflers that I'm using (built) will make power since it uses a process to extract more gazes then a straight pipe of same diameter.

I decided that I will sell the prototype at a very good price after I have my system manufactured (reproduced), it should loose probably about 3-4 HP from the final production but still a good improvement over stock.

I am very interested. Are you still looking for another volunteer? I would like to participate...and I have a ESS Stage 1 supercharger installed. I like the fact that you have options to offer the various segments to attach to the OEM system. It the hp gain is what you expect I would consider the header back prototype. Otherwise, I am a little leery of anything but a Cat back system.

About volunteers, we got plenty of people that want to do it, but would be nice to have another one that already got the stage 1 installed so I will see with my partner about that, when you say header back prototype you mean including the headers? ^

The Headers and section 1 will work with the OE with no problem, but the mufflers will only work with our section 2 unless you modify your section 2, our section 2 will work with the OE section 1 but will not work with any mufflers out there w/o modify the section 2 flanges.

We are going to be reserved about what we really expect out of our system, but one thing for sure will be that we will definitely make more then others out there.

Please don't worry about the license plate, that is the paper one that they give you when you get a new car, they are expired so I use them sometimes when I want to go a litle faster then normal. Usually they don't mess with people with them since does not pull a record on the popo system.
