Well my favorite are eggs and cheese,because eggs are a rich source of protein an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood. Eggs also contain decent amounts of Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Calcium and Zinc.

Not weird lots of things are best cold from the fridge. I never heat leftovers.

In college, I once ate a cold egg mcmuffin from McDonalds. It tasted much better than the warm ones did - harder to tell that the cheese was plasticky and horrendous. Have not been brave enough to repeat experiment to confirm.
