Great TV series - What are you watching now?

Started watching The Umbrella Academy this weekend on Netflix. Pretty interesting show. Kind of a cross between the tv show Heroes and the movie League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.

Fauda on Netflix. Israeli action thriller about secret police in Palestine. S01 is a bit slow but you need to get thru it cos S02 is a real cracker!

Counterpart. Spy-Fi with brilliant writing and acting. Great great story. So many twists and turns that it makes the Nurburgring look like a drag strip.

Kingdom is fantastic. Faunda looks interesting. Counterpart is great and I will check out the UA.

I highly recommend The Punisher. I loved it!

Sorry, season 3.

Season 1 was excellent, but season 2 was very hard to follow and the multiple (related but separate) story lines just didn't seem to flow.

Just finished episode 1 of Season 2 of Star Trek Discovery.... Foking AWESOMENESS!!! Off to an amazing start. If you're a fan of the show or Sci fi genre, you want to watch this.

I found "Good Trouble" to be interesting. Had a few laughs, and what dah f@*&.
Doubt you will find it on Netflix. I have been watching it on ShowBox

But check it out. I couldn't stop watching and its just season 1

What a silly show. Good for some laughs

I am glad Fiona is leaving Shameless because when she is pulling a Frank, Emily Rossum is even more screechy than usual

But Stephen Dorff was good, except for the old man makeup.

Really? We are definitely complete opposites as I liked S3 much more than S2. I think it's due to the fact that I really couldn't get into any of the characters of S2, whereas in S3 both main characters were outstanding and I enjoyed the timelines. They did a good job of having 3 main timelines (although there were 5 altogether) and not making it confusing or hard to follow.

So I was really looking forward to DC's: DOOM PATROL! Basically a team of misfit Superzeroes. It is very entertaining in the vein of TITANS.
When I watched the first episode about 4min in, there was a gratuitous sex scene with a chick getting banged from behind! Normally I welcome this sort of thing. Unfortunately, not only were my 2 boys 13 & 10 (which I could have easily explained it in only way a very articulate dad like me can) sitting there but so was my wife! And the remote was not close at hand to make matters worse! I had to jump up and grab the remote to stop it. Of course I got quite an earful from my lovely wife. !&#@*!!!*

Anywho.... The show is actually pretty interesting with intriguing characters and story line. Just not for kiddos.

I loved Narcos season's 1 and 2. Especially since it was somewhat accurate in historical detail. We are now trying season 3.

Next will be Russian Doll. Has anyone watched that?
