If they're trying to prevent oil from burning by introducing thicker oils, then I think you should stay away from servicing with them in the future

dear mfanatic, thanks for your response. They said they are using 10w-60 for M drivers which driving at highest rpm to aim prevent burning oil offenly. I didnt ask anything about it, just trusting service guy. The service that I put my car is a very professional local service in my location especially works on high performance BMW models. I supposed they know what they did.
