I don't know the answer to this question. I don't know why it wouldn't as the motors are very similar except for displacement. You could definitely find out quickly though.

If it did the SI drivers around here would have snatched this up a long time ago. More accurately, the diff will fit on an SI, but only if you also swap out almost the entire rear end (subframe, axles, hubs, brakes, suspension) as well. Some have carried out such a transplant, but for most non-M Z's a stand alone LSD like a Quaife or Wavetrac is the more cost effective option.
