Congrats, and welcome. Hope you love the car, and we'd love to hear your thoughts on how it compares and how it doesn't to your "old" M3.

Hello All
New to the site I drive a 03 James Bond Blue Z4 2.5i Bought it with 5k miles and a year later it has 40k on it.
What can I say love to drive it, and when it wears out I'll buy a new one. I hear next year we can take delivery in Germany. By the way how do you add pics? |

Hi - first I want to thank everyone for their contributions to this forum, over the past few weeks I have used it as a resource to help me select a car (obviously a Z4MC won out), and it will prove invaluable here as I figure out how to get the most out of my car.
Attached are a few pictures of my three cars: the oldest is a 2001 Trans Am WS6. all torque; the "middle child" is a 2004 Civic Si hatch, no torque but still fun, and my daily driver; and the newest addition, the 07 Z4MC. Only question I have so far that I haven't dug out of the forums - what is the circle on the right side of the back bumper, and should it be a little loose? Mine seems like it wants to flip up from the bottom.

The little circle on the back bumper is only used if you got the James Bond package. If so, then when you press the oil slick button, that pops up, out comes a little spout, and oil is spread evenly over the roadway behind you.
Nice car! Hope you enjoy it and welcome. BTW - you may have been referring to the cover that hides the hole where you insert the thingy that is used if the car needs to be towed. |

Hello all! Way late to the party, but glad I made it! I must say, as a long time Bimmer owner and participant in many BMW related forums, this is by far *THE BEST* site I've seen! Yeah BimmerPost.com!!
As for my car? 7th in a long line of much loved BMWs [See my Sig] however my 06 Z4 3.0si Roadster is by FAR my fav!!! It's going to be a hard day when I have to replace her but the good news is, there's yet another BMW in my future; only question is which one? But I digress. Glad to be here and looking forward to being an active participant! And now for some info and a few gratuitous photos of my baby. Options? Let's just say *everything* but Nav and Park Distance...

Hello! I have been lurking here for a few months since I got my Z4. But decided to take the plunge and start posting. I have a 2007 Montego Blue Z4 3.0si roadster 6sp. I absolutely love the way my car drives. But, to be honest, every time I see a white Z4 it makes me cry a little inside. That was the color I had originally wanted but decided I didn't want to wait to order it and just took the blue one. Sigh.
Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself and thank everyone for all the informative posts. |

Hi I’m new here I have a white Z4 2.5. I know it’s not the biggest engine but I truly love to use all of its power when I can. I enjoy driving my Z4 appropriately fast. That means respect the power it has for whatever it’s worth just don’t try to follow me because you will get lost lol. (I’m known to be a manic)

I've been around for a little while, mostly lurking, but I've finally got a picture to share. I'm in Houston, TX and purchased my 2007 Z4 3.0si from BMW of Houston North in August on 2007. It's my first BMW and my first convertible. I just can't describe how fun this car is to drive whether I've got the top down and just cruising on a sunny day or I'm accelerating to get on the freeway. It's all good.
