Don't instal the downstream sensor on your headers, you will not need it if you get the sec 1 with cats.
We are doing everything possible to get this done soon, problem is that our manufactory is slammed with other jobs. |

Also I can get your headers coated with the pkg if you buy our system once is available so don't install them just yet.

Just went through the whole thread front to back for the first time - had been looking at it little bit at a time until now. It's nice R&D work, system looks good nice looking materials.
I will say that from the teaser pics it looks nearly identical to the system they had on the race car. It is going to be loud. Magical sound wave cancelling may do whatever it does, but with straight pipes in Sect1 or with resonators in Sect1, it will be loud. Probably sound nice - the race cars with S54s all sounded nice and the Z4M may have been the best because it still ran two exhaust outlets rather than just one like on the E46s. Relative to the E46s, the Z4M was quieter, but it's all relative - the E46s were really stinkin' loud and even for crazy types just way beyond streetable. The Z4M with similar exhaust system as to the one proposed here was still too loud for the street. We had the car in Denver for a media event and actually drove it on the street across town in a caravan - down town between the buildings, um, yeah....you could hear it coming from a few blocks ahead. I was in the car following it and almost as soon as we got it on the street and started driving we instantly thought, Hmmm, this might not have been such a great idea - hope there aren't any cops around. And this was keeping it below 3000 rpm the whole way. So, food for thought I guess. If it's close to the race car setup, which it appears to be from the pics, well, it'll at least get attention!! I like seeing another option out there for custom sections 1 and x-pipe and the swappable option for cats vs. straight pipes vs. resonators is pretty creative, nothing like that available. But my 0.02 is give it a quieter option. Would hate to see all this great work result in something that is race car loud and basically unrealistic for the street - that would just limit the interest you might get in it. A loud option and a not-so-loud option might be more marketable..... just $0.02

With this system you will be able to extend the O2 down to section 1 with no problem, the 300 CELL cats should not throw a light, the 100 CELL I really don't know. It depend of what you have in mind and your preference ($$$$).

The RPI will not be a straight fit but I'm sure it will be able to be done, my system will use V-clamps and the RPI does not have them.
