Wheel Replacement
This is going to sound like a stupid question, but is there anything I need to know when swapping out my stock wheels with new ones?
The new wheels are 19" VMR VB3s (Staggered: 8.5" & 10.0") I realize I won't have TPMS anymore, but other than that, I can just remove and replace? |

Yes, if they fit (ie: right offset, etc.) They should.

You have an '07 MC, so I'm assuming your TPMS sensors are of the valve stem type. In which case, you can transfer the valve stem sensors over into the new wheels if you want to retain the TPMS feature. Just throwing it out there

The only problem with transferring the TPMS sensors is that the valve stem itself is kind of long. Depending on your aftermarket wheels' fitment/offset, the stem itself may stick out past the wheel's face.
This is part of the reason I did not transfer mine over to my current set of wheels. Extended valve stem looks silly |
