....Not until his better half has her OWN vert,lol.-( or ever I'd guess).Wind in his hair and all-
By the way.....The female mold for CF roofs is curing and I'll be building the MALE epoxy high heat mold for the Moonroofs next from it. On a side note....the Z4-M front air duct molds are in process as well. So are the Aero side-skirts. |

My goal is to provide aluminum brackets to replace the heavier steel OEM versions. Then Have a cooling tube-to-hub plate complete. Lightweight CF or Aluminum. I'll go aluminum stamping or water-jet cut .It all depends on associated costs to manufacture. |

I guess after spending 20 years driving submarines around, he needs to feel the sun on his face...... even though he was a Boomer sailor....

That is just not far from being wrong. I have the windows tinted in this one and I feel like I'm in a sub when the top is up ( not often ) except I have a window.

Not that you are not old , like you admit. I just know when I've had enough.

Lets wait until something's actually made first before getting excited. I think this car doesn't need a BBK, just a proper cooling solution

I am picking up a set of inner plastic fender well linings to help in my cooling kit in hopes to keep maximum fender well clearance. The rear cooling kit involves the aid of modified Aero side skirts and inner directing ducts as well. Not to mention looking tough and race-ready ! |

Progress report>>
The top-skin mold for Infusion is completed as of today.(Two things will come from this.) Next up is a Male mold from it to be built specifically in a high heat application for the Acrylic roofs. At the same time...I'll be multi-tasking on the CF roof sub-structure mold.....as well as the M'-Brake duct molds. The Brake duct plugs are ready to be molded. Once these prior items are done....I'll move into modifying the interior headliner for the removable CF roof kit and it will also act as the final headliner for the clear Acrylic tinted roofs. Then onward to the Aero side-skirts etc. 7 days a week thus far....................... PS> I wonder if I should begin a "CF Roof" group buy thread to see how big the interest is going to be ?? Cheers,Vinny |
