Not think...KNOW.
Not to say there aren't any good drivers...cuz of course I'm one of them and have 4 years of autobahn training behind me. However, there are far to many reckless "multi-taskers" out there who are trying to kill me. It sucks and pisses me off. |

I've heard about Korea...never ever want to drive there. I didn't say americans were the worst...and i do remember saying something about the third world drivers...however, there is definately much to be desired...

If I could, I would ban soccer moms, moms, people with kids in the car, and people with cell phones from driving.
And teenage girls would never be allowed to drive, period. Not until they were at least 22.

Wow - I am still trying to comprehend the notion that Portland is #1 for fewest road rage drivers.
The favorite pastime in Orygun is to get in the left hand lane on the freeway and slow down to match the speed of a driver in the right lane to see how many cars you can hold up behind you. The premium specimens will actually speed up and slow down to make sure no one gets around them. I honestly have read letters to the editor for the Portland area newspaper (the Oregonian) where some of them vent about the fact that other drivers expect them to get out of the left when they are doing this and even have the nerve to get rude about it. I try to stay on my side of the Columbia River most of the time for this reason...

I got run into another lane last night as a van went straight from a right only lane. When I honked at him, he flipped me off. I'm a pretty mellow guy, but I really wanted to haul him out and pound him to a pulp. 10 years ago, I would have done it. I'm too old now.
Watsonville to our south, you get in an accident, you're almost assured that the driver a: doesn't own the car b: doesn't have insurance c: doesn't have a us license d: isn't here legally This is from 4 different friends who've been in 6 not-their-fault accidents.
