It's in Dallas, I'll probably go check it out later this week/weekend.
It looks very similar to one that another dealer in town was trying to sell that had an accident.

It's a manufacture buy back/lemon law car
It had a DME issue between 3k-4k miles so whatever the problem was it has been rectified. If the car is straight (accident free) it's not a bad deal really. Last edited by prodigal_m; 05-19-2011 at 10:15 PM.. |

^it has gloss black front grill trim (or carbon fiber, can't tell from the pics), paint matched front and rear reflectors and are on all-season tires. there's also some black primer funkiness with the side indicator roundels. otherwise, condition looks great for the mileage. if accident-free i think this is a great deal.

If it got LL'd, that usually means that they couldn't do a full warranty repair to the owners satisfaction .

True, but there is a full service history since 4k miles and not one issue with the DME in the last 4 years/50k miles...I would not be concerned (with that specific issue.)

It's a great car if someone a) plans to keep it a long, long time or b) wants to track it. Otherwise if you just want a good deal and plan to sell it in a year or so, you could take a bath on the deal or have a hard time selling it. Worst case, it could be a money pit.

Oooh now if only it were a roadster...but honestly Red on Red? What were they thinking?? I've never even seen that on the Z4M before (no offense to anyone on here who may have that combo) but it can't be very common.

They list it as having extended leather which is false.

That MC is like a clone of mine, red/red carbon + nav. If it doesn't have accidents id say it's a pretty good deal

I love the red/red though, wouldn't trade it for any other combo. Brown/brown though ... i don't know about that one Just kidding |

Having owned an IR/IR E46 M3 Vert I can say it looks stunning in person, in pictures not so much.

Perfect candidate for a track car, as was mentioned above.

As everyone said, good track car candidate. For that price, something's definitely up with it.
