Should BMW get rid of Rahal Letterman for next year's ALMS?
Based on what I saw today at Petit Le Mans, I am just wondering... what do you think?

Why would you say that? I am not sure what you saw that would make you think BMW should drop RLR.
I have been in the pits with the team on many occasions over the last two years, they are amazing and you have no idea what goes into running this team. There are also Dunlop and BMW Motorsport engineers working with RLR at all times. If you are referring to the issue with the starter- it was way more than a starter and there was no way to diagnose it any quicker. I am not at liberty to discuss what the issue was but it is work noting that the BMW AG engineers were there with the RLR guys working on a fix... There is not a more professional/qualified team out there in ALMS than RLR working with what they have. You also need to realize that these things are designed in Germany.... expect some changes coming that will be announced in December. -M

I dont think RLR is the issue. Its the Dunlops.
I think if anybody should fire anybody its Ferrari that should fire Risi after Petit Lemons |

Agreed, they need to drop the Dunlops and get the car running on Michelins right away.

What's wrong with RLR. They brought home the Team and Manufacturers Championship at the end of the season? Can someone please shed some light on this?

...but they were really lucky! Close enough to be lucky...BUT lucky. I wish they would have won outright, but I am still so so happy that they did win.
