Refinishing CSL's.. what color?
Hi,
I just picked up a set of genuine OEM ZCP (CSL) wheels that are in pretty rough shape. They are curbed pretty badly, but all 4 are true and not cracked or bent. I plan on refinishing them with a local shop and am contemplating a color change. My car is titanium silver and I was thinking about doing the CSL's a nice gunmetal. What do you all think? Refinish it in OEM silver, or do the gunmetal? |

Very cool look, and beautiful car, but I don't think it would work on a TiAg car. Heres a couple of reference pics for the OP, keep in mind these are 18" reps so yours should look even better in 19" with the extra concavity in the rear;

Thanks for all the suggestions. Still on the fence at the moment... but the pics really help. The gunmetal is a nice contrast.
I also love the sandblasted CSL's with the matte clearcoat. Gorgeous! |

I got quoted $150/wheel (CDN). I imagine that it would be a lot cheaper in the States. I have heard prices of around $80USD/wheel in California...
