any Alberta/Edmonton/Calgary Z'ers here?
Just trying to get a feel of how many Z owners there are in Edmonton and Calgary area... I live in Edmonton myself and I wouldn't mind going to a mini meet of some sort with a few other Zeds this summer. Cheers

There used to be perhaps a small handful of Maldives blue Roadsters when I first bought mine. Now I;ve see almost a half a dozen new ones.... strange. Most have the black top though.

Yeah man I think it was you... I'll say hi next time. Yours is pretty unique though because of the top and the rims. Anyways hopefully we can get a few of us together. Their are actually quite a few Z's out in Calgary. Do you drive yours year round?

^ Absolutely not. Im sure I could but nothing destroys the soft-top quite like the combination of road salt and the constant freezing & thawing of the fabric. The freezing & thawing (expanding & melting) of the water just reeks havoc with the fibers over time. You can always spot a winter driven convertible a mile away, in just a few short years the top is just ratty and tattered looking.
Thats one the best things to know regarding soft top maintenance (there are a few). If it was a coupe (or I had a hard top) then maybe, but as a pure roadster, no. Yeah a meet would be great, Its always good to see other Z4's on the road.

yeah, better make it fast, as this fantastic weather is almost on borrowed time. I think in a couple weeks we'll be seeing highs in the teens, and early 20's, thats it.
Sure K country works great with me. There is that Longview to Kananaskis lodge route thats just beautiful, a nice two-three hour drive. Or take Highway 1a out to Lake louis.... Some **WICKED** curves on that road. Damn 60kph speed limit LOL!

Hey everyone. I just got my M coupe, and am from Southern Alberta. I'd like to get to know some of you, maybe we could arrange a cruise night or something when it's nicer out.
