Rear Led Bulbs
Have you found rear LED bulbs with adequate resistance that won't trigger the dash warning bulb;
an 1156 for the brake light, and 7507 for the turn signals I purchased the bulbs above from Super Bright LEDs and they have triggered the dash warning light. Thanks

Just code them to disable the hot/cold bulb checks

I found multiple bulb choices with built-in resistors on Amazon. I bought the LED version for both the 1156 and 7507 bulb. They work well and subsequently the dash light has switched itself off, leaving that safety/warning feature still functional.

I've seen some cases where the LEDs will flash on for a few milliseconds every minute or so when the LED is off and the computer "cold bulb check" tests the bulb with a quick pulse of low power to measure resistance, there are many variables, so YMMV. |
