Bought a Z4 off of Copart
I got this over a little year ago, but because of Covid it just sat in the driveway under the car cover. It's a 2004, one owner and only 33k on the odometer. I'm not in love with the color combo, but it was pretty cheap so can't really complaint too much.
Took off the bumper to see if there was more damage then mets the eye. Just got it back this event. Still need to fix the mismatched reflectors. Last edited by supra93; 06-20-2021 at 10:21 PM.. |

Thanks guys. I was just bidding for fun. I didn't expect to win it at all. I don't think there was much interest in it at the time. My broker called me that day and said I was highest bidder but I didn't meet the seller's reserve. He said the sell price for similar Z4s was in the 3.5-4k range and asked if I wanted to increase my offer. Still in my "fun bidding mode" I was like nah, that's the highest I'm willing to go. A few hrs went by and I got a missed call with a voice saying that the seller/insurance company accepted my bid.

Great stuff!!
I have never been a fan of that rim though. Why not look at an 18 inch staggered set up with CSL style rims and Pilot Sport 4’s when the time comes for new rubber. Here is what I did so you can see if you like or not: https://www.zpost.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1294464 Last edited by Huz-Z; 07-09-2021 at 01:21 PM.. |

Hey there! Congrats on the Z! I just bought my first one and it lived as a daily driver down a 2.5mile dirt road. So the front bumper is just hanging on with some wires broken off and hanging down on the right side. Lots of TLC needed, but it drives strong.
Where did you get the parts? |

Congrats on the new car! I guess getting parts on Z4 is not so trivial task, good luck with your one
