Haha, are those frozen baguettes at Costco good? I've seen them for a while now and had been wondering how good they could actually be.

We get these from Costco (and grocery store) and think they are good for frozen bread. The fresh baguettes they sell at Costco are very good as long as you don’t pick them up by the bag and watch them slide out on to the floor when the other end of the bag breaks.

Home made pizza.

Making and kneading the dough in my bread machine. In the oven for 15 minutes on the bread proof setting (100°F) to let it rise a bit. Add all the ingredients and TADA!.

LOL. I'm guessing you have that unfortunate experience?
Yeah I get the fresh baked ones now and then. Their country French bread is good too.

Good point. More pressing though is that we need to find him a good home.

Enchiladas Costenas.

Corn tortillas filled with grilled shrimp then covered in a creamy green sauce that seemed to include avocado, then drizzled with sour cream

Wait, you wanted to see a picture???

Last night was legit east coast Italian family restaurant. I miss places like this from when we lived in the mid-Atlantic. It’s an unknown cuisine in the Midwest.

Our table had:

Linguine with white clam sauce
Ossobuco
Cioppino
