Noob question (probably): What's the rear? I mean, upgrade (presumably , expected results, vendor / manufacturer?

I probably should have added more context... I took the rear end out and stripped everything down to get rid of any rust and repainted it. I also replaced ALL the bushings in the rear end. The upgrades were as fallows:
  • Turner Motorsport upper control arm monoball bushings
  • Turner Motorsport monoball rear trailing arm bushings
  • Turner Motorsport rear camber arms
  • CMP solid rear subframe with a 5mm roll center correction
  • New OEM upper and lower outer ball joints
  • Ground control weight jacker rear spring mounts

Basically the goal was to replace everything in the rear end I could that would lead to better handling. The solid rear subframe bushings were the ones I wanted to do the most. As these will lead to great benefits in handling while according to everybody that has them lead to little or no increase in NVH. As a side benefit a couple of the parts (the weight jackers and rear camber arms) make it a bit easier for me to do alignments/corner balancing.

I installed a new third brake light (old one was cracked), stubby Mini antenna for the aerial, and replaced the driver's side door jamb weatherstripping since it was torn. Also got an oddments tray and a new clip on the air filter box to replace the one I broke (not sure how to put in on). Also, my power top stopped working so I ordered a new pump and will be looking at mucho $$$ to fix it..

Finally picked up an oddments tray after seeing people on here putting them in. So nice to have that button panel gone and something useful in its place. $1& from getbmwparts.

Have you located any oddments yet? I'm having a heck of a time.

No, for the time being I'm simply using strangements and weirdments.

I got inspired by Beedub from the video he posted and decided to order some of these custom cut floor mats from Diamond Car Mats about a month ago and was stoked to install them when they arrived today.

Quality is top notch, they fit perfectly, and look great. Simple to install and seem to be very secure.

Definitely a great and inexpensive ($100 shipped) way to update/refresh the interior!

New wheel sensors, hope it’ll address the ASC/DSC codes I got recently because relating DSC module would be a real kick to the balls.

What were the codes? I had 5DF0 and 5DF1, wound up having the DSC module rebuilt by ModuleMasters.

Got a Strömung Exhaust from one of the Z4 Facebook groups. The improved looks alone and reduced scraping are already enough for me, but the sound improvement is great. I think it pairs perfectly with my Eventuri intake.

Those tips look larger than you standard Stromung tips for our cars!

I took some measurements and looked at alot of pictures, these are the same 3 inch tips and fill out the bumper the same as others. Maybe it's the side by side comparison exaggerating things?

Perhaps it's just the angle of your picture, but they sure fill out the bumper similar to my 83mm Eisenmann tips.

Just purchased 2 M-sports seats to my E89 to replace my basic seats. Both the old and new seats are heated and manually adjusted. The only concern is that I bought the new ones from a right-hand drive car, planning to install them into my LHD.

Should I expect any issues? Or are they plug'n'play?

Wheels/tires. Have to adjust height again as it looks somewhat different after going from 18 to 19.
