Apex ARC-8 rear fitment help.
Need some advice. I just mounted new Apex Arc-8s on my Z4. They look great. However, the rear wheels and tires, 18x9.5 ET22 with Michelin 265/35-18 are rubbing (see pics). The car is lowered on Koni's and HR springs. So what are my options? There appears to be a good bit of negative camber already (really don't want to get to an extreme). Fender rolling doesn't seem like it will help much. I have a feeling my best option is going to get a different ET on the rears or go to a 9-inch wheel. Any suggestions. BTW, this was supposed to be a direct fitment but the HRs seem to be sitting pretty low in the rear.[IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG]

I'm running 9.5" ET35 with a 10mm spacer (so effective ET is 25) with 275 tires. No rubbing. With 15mm spacers I did get fender rub. Unfortunately you can't remove ET. You do seem to be lower than my car. Can you raise the suspension a bit?

OP has a 3.0si which has led clearance than M. On my old 3.0si, I ran a 9.5 et35 with a 255 in rear, and that seemed like the most aggressive I could get away with.

Thanks for the info. I don't want to roll and pull the fenders but if I want to stay with these wheels and tires I might have to go that route.

Agreed - et35 is the max I would run out back on 3.0si. et22 is too much. You will mostly rub on the back section where the fender meets the bumper. That spot can't be fixed with a roll or even a pull.
Car looks great otherwise!
