Just curious- the speaker grilles are removable? THey just pop off without removing the card?

Pardon the thread disruption OP

Don't pry too hard they will be brittle
There are 3 or 4 tabs holding the grille in place.
Slide a blade behind the grille flange and feel around until you hit the tab, depress the tab and work your way around the others, should pop out after 2 of the tabs are depressed.

For the carpet, is there a way to remove it without tearing it to shreds?

Part of the carpet on the front of the center console under the dash needs to be cut out when remove. Unless you remove the entire dash, then I guess it would all come out intact with cutting the part under the dash. Of course, all of the carpet that doesn't come out or needs to get cut is completely covered up by the center console when everything is back together. So it doesn't really matter what happens to the part of the carpet that is covered up. Also, some of the carpet near the foot area has built in sheets of styrofoam that might crack as you are yanking and pulling on it to un-lodge it from the car, but that doesn't really matter either.
I just removed my Z4 carpet and it is definitely reusable.

interested in the front brake rotors and pads, if RedDot doesn't have dibs, how much? I can get Fedex to pick them up from you and as long as they are straight and not rooted.

I'm sorry to see the ///M in that condition :/

I'm not sure if it broke or cracked, but I'm interested in the belly pan.

Also:
OEM Shift knob (if in good condition)
