Ok all you need is the front braided brake line of the 135I, the caliper and carrier of the 135i and the Z4 M rotor.
Then you need to weld a spacer on the carrier "5mm" to push the caliper out a tad to accept the rotor. It all bolts right up at that point. The 135i carrier bolts perfectly to the z4 steering knuckle. Working on fitting the 135i rear caliper now just haven't had much time as of late. |

Yes updates and detailed list of what is required to do this
The front BBK using E46 bits is well documented but other than GuidoK there is very little info out there for BBK rear applications for non M's

Hey guys, it's been a while since I posted as I gave the car to my mom and bought a 135 before they ended production. I had all the parts to finish and one day I probably will but never got to finish the swap. Sorry If things went quiet and your questions went unanswered. I think most the guys on here would be able to help.
But let me tell you the Z4 lovers here are a class act to the 135 crowed, they have a completely different personality to you guys. The Z board was always so helpful the 135 crowed is a tad harsh with one another. Anyway just pm me if you have questions as I'm not on the board much. Thanks guys. |

Hey -c-, very nice job! FYI, I had a 135i, and I powdercoated the calipers yellow with a black Brembo stamp. You can remove those balancers on the calipers and they look *WAY* better. Each balancer is only held on by one bolt, and can actually be removed with the wheel still on the car. Just incase you ever wanted to get rid of those ugly things!
