Based off some of the codes your setting you might want to check and see if this car has aftermarket headers. The swapped o2 sensor code makes me think it either has headers or the guy had headers and then swapped the stock ones back in.

Which readiness codes are not setting?

It appears to be the factory euro headers based on pictures I have seen on Zpost. I'll check the readiness codes again tomorrow but I remember secondary air, heated cats and one other that I have forgotten. The car will not go far enough on a drive cycle without setting a CEL so it won't ever have a chance to get all the readiness codes on.

I'm going to send the car in on Friday to an independent BMW specialist whos work I admire.

I can't tie up my Ferrari techs on this thing when there are paying customers.

Thanks, I can't get it to go more than 3-4 miles with out setting the CEL even staying under 3,000 rpm.

This car was for sale on here a year and half ago, or at least the same combo with same wheels. It's what made me want a white car.

It's BMS for sure it has Magnaflow mufflers.
