The Skyline Drive cruise is always great in Fall. When I lived in Richmond, Va we had a southern and northern leg of the cruise. We ended up meeting at a parking location in the middle an had a little BBQ.

how does October 13th sound? it is 2nd Saturday in October.
and I think for more "spirited" ride, it would be best for the Scenic Rt 40. but other locations are possible. input would be great! from "little orleans, MD to Rocky Gap then we can head up to Frostburg up Dans Mountain for spectacular view from Top of the mountain. total ride time would be around an hour then 20minutes to the mountain top. I suggest this route because I know it but like I said, I'm open to other closer routes.

well... just type in "little orleans, MD" should give u an idea where we will start.
I'm thinking the meeting place could be a rest stop right as you get on I-68 called SIDELING HILL beautiful view, plenty of parking space and a bathroom http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sideling_Hill

If we meet at sideling hill around 11am, we can cruise to downtown cumberland and hit up one of the restaurants there or La Vale. I actually know a friend at Ruby Tuesdays lol
