Are these mods worth anything on resale?

If I were to sell my 2005 Z4 2.5, step, 10K miles, perfect condition inside and out, would the following mods add anything to its resale value? If so, how much?

BMW alarm system, including motion sensor
Icelink
BMW rearview mirror: auto-dim, UGDO

Or, should I remove them?

Normally you can get more by parting out the mods.

You won't get more money for them, true, but they might broaden the appeal of the car so it's easier to sell.

Yeah... cars are usually easier to sell if you under price them... If you took what you were going to get for parting the mods and add it to the price otherwise it would not appeal any more than if you just parted. Selling a car is usually a lose lose situation unless you are not in any kind of hurry.

the alarm system inc motion can be had on Ebay for 200 bucks brand new. I would not expect you'd get any more than $50-75 for the components used

Icelink is about 100 bucks new, not much used

the rear view mirror is standard on most Zs plus you'd have to get a cheaper replacement which may leave obvious signs on the windshield

Bottom line i don't think any of these things are perceived as real mods with additional value to them. Both the full alarm and the mirror are expected features anyway (wheels, performance mods, strut bars, perf brakes etc would be another story)

I think you'd be shooting yourself in the foot by trying to pull them out and probably make the sale harder
