Square setup. Pretty conservative comparatively. Sportline CS16 CSL reps 18x8.5 with Michelin Pilot Super Sports 225/40/18 ET35 on Eibach Prokit. Needs rear spacers. Any suggestions with regards to manufacturers?

WOW! How in the world did you squeeze a 18 x 10 under the front of the car? Did you remove the wheel wells? Are you using spacers?
Regards

new-ish
Yes they are reps but the deal was too good to pass up. For Daily Driver wheels they look just fine and not cost almost $5k for the real thing.

Just Dreamin'
Man, I got an email flyer from PYSpeed the other day, and came across these wheels...http://www.pyspeed.com/ARKYM-BMW-F10-5-Series-s/972.htm I wish I was a baller... My buddy has a connection with a HRE dealer... said they'd be around $1800-$1900 per wheel!!! I just don't know how people spend that kind of money on rollers...especially with the pothole population ever growing!
I'd love to see a set of 19"s of these HRE 794RS wheels on my Sepang M coupe... might be a bit too much bronze, but I love the look of these wheels... kinda reminds me of a modern Halibrand "wineglass" wheel (minus the knock-offs!). Nothing wrong with paying homage to these Shelby cars!!! Anybody good with photoshop? Last edited by Chamberlin; 07-27-2012 at 10:40 PM.. |

^ Did you go backwards on the side skirts? 1st picture current street has no aero skirt and then your track shows aero skirts? Did you skin up your sides?

The Volk RE-30 18" could still be current street, but bought b4 the side skirts.

Correct, current street & track are both my current setup. The pics of the Volks are just pre-Aero whereas the track pic was taken after I got the sides installed. |

Don't mind me, I get confused easily. I understand.
Nothing like having lots of Mag Wheels in the house to change the style along the way. I can't wait to post pictures of the EC-7's.

While I do love the BBS lace design, it just shows up on almost EVERY Z4 I see these days. Its almost the new STOCK look. Perhaps they should have come from BMW this way..
They are a engineering perfect design in my opinion and I LOVE your cars that run them. So in an attempt to be different....I continued to look for a strong and light forged 3-piece wheel and bought these Japan made SSR GT-10's .Speed Star Racing. They were the worlds first manufacturer of multi-piece wheels. -19x9 et43 -245 -19x10 et24 -275 I'll need to slightly roll the fender arch in the rears to avoid max compression rubbing. Fronts are fine. These are the same offsets as I ran with my previous 19" wheels with the rears being 9.5" wide. They also need a full restoration due to salt air in Japan and curb rash. I have ordered CF -(blk. & Slvr.) center caps like I used on the Axxia Penta's to match my hood, trunk and side roundels. What do you folks think ? Certainly not the common Z4 look....or German for that matter....but my roots do stem from the JDM world after all. I'm thick, er.. thick-skinned .....so comment away, lol. -(short vid) http://s21.photobucket.com/albums/b2...t=IMG_0139.mp4 -(Stills) |

I'm running 255 on 9.5 et35 in the rear with 2 deg of camber. I find that to be pretty flush... 285 seems ridiculous haha
