Akebono pads from Auto Parts Warehouse

Just thought I would post this for anyone who might order Akebono Euro Ceramic pads from Auto Parts Warehouse.

While they have very good prices, they do not currently list the pad application correctly between i and si models. Using their vehicle selctor box and inputting model info, etc, I ordered front and rear for my 3.0 i. When I went to install them, I found the front pads wouldn't fit (too thick and wouldn't seat on the carrier correctly).

After speaking with Auto Parts warehouse, they couldn't decide which pad was correct, so I called Akebono, who advised that the part, EUR946, I had been given for the front were indeed si pads.

So if you order for an i, the correct part numbers are: EUR763 for rear and EUR781 for the front.

I alerted Auto Parts Warehouse to their incorrect information and was told that they will "pass it on"
