love the info and detail in your pics!!!!!

thats a nice blower, good thing is youve got room when you want more power, 500-525hp on these Tq rich asa blowers would make one hell of a drive..

this is the 470bhp crank kit, he was just saying the blower CAN make 580bhp, so he has room in the future, just like our blowers CAN make 750hp with supporting hardware....

i definatly wouldnt be taking it over the 470bhp without an oil cooler in the OP's hot country!!

Vortech units have an internal gearset as well.

I think you took the right decision to go with G-Power. It's a serious tuner and I am sure that the result of the project will be great.

My only concern: will the gearbox handle the new torque level (460+ Nm)?
According to "urban" rumours, the ZF manual gearbox on the E86 Z4M seems to be sort of weak for the task, even for the standard S54B32 engine.
The supercharger is likely to push it beyond the limits.
Have you considered this matter?

i dont know where you got a rumour the gearbox was weak??? where's the failed gearbox's with all the cars thathave been tracked and abused for miles??? Yes their were some issues with shifting but to say that this makes a "weak" gearbox is untrue.....

Lots of Tq is a killer of components, i dont think thats enough Tq to worry things however?? may be wrong....

ohhh the HPF z4m is up and running!!!

op means "orginal poster" lol sorry, forum speak...

just a couple of notes for you......as your using engine oil to lubricate/cool the blower, i now think its a MUST for an oil cooler, asa state the blower must not see more than 140deg c in terms of oil heat...... now... the top oil mark on our cars is 150 deg C..... Now ive never seen my cars oil get that warm but i definatly saw flashes of my oil get to 120deg C this summer after lots of hard use in 30 deg C + weather.......
Bear in mind my blower isnt heating up my oil as well as its completly independant of the cars oil... and also bear in mind im running a larger setrab oil cooler which added nearly another litre of oil......

with your blower using engine oil + the added performance + your hot country you really should look into oil cooler options.......

i am pleased to report the oil temp is much more "stable" with the cooler in place and the car can be used hard consistantly...... during normal running its runs very slightly cooler than stock, about 90 deg C.

right then........

update with your awesome pics please!!!

Today is my day

DSC_0398 by Saihati Shabiboo, on Flickr

ِwe made a run test for leaks all around. A concern that we are facing right now is when we sent the ECU's to G-Power to get them tuned we forgot to tell them that we only use 95 Octane. So, they tuned it for a 98 Octane and above.

First: that Octane issue. I did use an Octane booster i felt like the car got more power. will be check that with G-Power by giving them the AFR.

Second: Both water pump were not working for which reason we must check. so cooling was not there.

Next week I'll go to make a Dyno run and I'll make videos also I already made one. First start run and uploading it right now once it get finish I'll post it.

My impression while driving:

I felt like there's something wrong with the 95 Octane .Then I used an Octane booster I felt a bit better.
