streets of willow 9/24-9/25 cheap!!

Hey guys,
another chance for us to get out on the track together. I'm signed up for the 25th on Sunday with a couple buddies of mine. One being a speedventures instructor in an s2k! Come out if you can and pm me if you want a discount code. Looks like its going to be a pretty nice day seeing how so few cars have registered!

Awesome!! Let's get something planned. I'm thinking of leaving around 5 or maybe later if we are meeting up in the la area for Scott

Somewhere along the 5 near Santa Clarita works for me. I'll be coming north on the 405 to 5, so anywhere after that is good. Did you guys pay for timing? Probably a dumb question, I did.

BTW saw a rare sight on the 405 on saturday. Pulled over in order: Bugatti, cop, cop, Lambo, heavily modded lambo.

You guys want to meet at this Mcdonalds at around 5:45? Seems to be a good meeting spot before we get on the 14.

man 2 weeks is too long to be honest BTW did you guys qualify for the free lap timer? it was for the first 20 registrants

The new D-SPORT magazine is out(I don't usually read this) and they did a full on time attack at streets of willow with a lot of cars including the evora s, 12 gtr, mustang brembo pack, etc. I'm really interested to see what times we'll be able to put down in comparison. And what's great about extremespeed is that they allow any passengers to ride along!

I think I was mid twenties on the entrants list, so no free timing I noticed self-tech at this event, anything mandatory to bring(fire extinguisher) ?... Im in SF this weekend, so im thinking SOW will be here before we know it, but I cant wait either

BTW My customer pulled up in his 2011 P-car 911 turbo this morning at Van Nuys airport. After asking him for a ride a couple times( hes been a customer for 20+ years) he just handed me the keys and said go, with just one warning. Theres a pistol in the briefcase if you get pulled over!

Dang that sucks! If it's the same thing I had a couple weeks ago, then you probably lost some weight!? I know I lost about 10lbs in a week b/c both ends were active Rest up, hydrate and don't cough in customers foods, unless you don't like them

Moto helmets are fine at every event I've been to. They just highly recommend a car helmet. I'm sure it's ignorance on my part, but I just feel more comfortable in my moto helmet, b/c it's what I'm most familiar with. Have you been riding at all? I know I haven't....

and since we are talking about guns, you still thinking about selling your glock 26? i might want to pick it up off you if the price is right

The car yes, the gun no! When the turbos spool up, it reminds me of hitting the nitrous button on Need for speed

Those are both perks, given the proper protection...Best part of the job is the people I meet and work for. Otherwise, its physically demanding and a dirty job. Gotta take the good with the bad.

I'm ready to go, RE-11s all the way around! Were almost there
