Albuquerque, what's new?

Hey guys,

I am new from Albuquerque. Just picked up a 2003 Z4 3.0i with 58k miles. I have been in the VW community for quite some time and decided it is time to move on. Anyways, below is a picture of my new car, and I hope there are some BMW owners on here that we can sometime meet and greet.

Any existing mods or plans for them? If not, and you hang around here, trust me, there will soon be mods on your list.

Keep that new to you baby out of the ash and soot! I hear it's really nasty in Albuquerque with the fire in AZ that's encroaching on NM.

Oh yeah... It is terrible here last night. It was simply blood red outside. Regardless as far as mods go, I have something in place. A member from Hellion Racing Group is thinking about some prototype project for this car. So will keep you guys posted.

So anyone on here from New Mexico at all? Looking to meet some Z owners. Also, what's everyone's spot for wheels? For example the VW community always went to Raderwerks.com. Anything specifically made for the Z's?

I have an M Roadster here in ABQ... Congrats on the new Z!

Sadly, the BMW community here in town is kinda small/inactive. There are meets here and there, but they are not really worth going sometimes.

Well we will need to do something about that then. I helped grow the stupid VW community here locally, and I know a couple of Z3 M guys here in town along with a couple of stanced and when I say stanced I mean bags/amg wheels wustefest winning cars in Albuquerque looking to start our own meet. So why not officially get this thread going on a daily paste to make sure all new updates are always coming through. I will invite the other M roadsters from ABQ to join here and see what happens with that

Sup guys - not a Z owner but I got a 335i. Definitely interested in meeting up with some of you guys or starting our own BMW meets around town. I've been just going to the Euro Vdub/Audi meet at Uptown on Fridays. Met a black Z owner there a few weekends ago.

No can do, got datenight with the wiff. I'll be out next week to sell those BBSs plus I just got my front bumper repainted and picked up today--needs install.
