PICS: Black Z4M Coupe w/ 19" Enkei RPF1 Wheels!!!
Hey Everyone,
I got a new set of wheels and tires put on my M Coupe this weekend and wanted to share some pics. Here are the specs: Enkei Racing RPF1 Wheels w/ Nitto Invo Tires Front: 19x8.5 +35 (19.8 lbs) w/ 245/35/19's Rear: 19x10 +25 (20.7 lbs) w/ 275/30/19's I wanted a lightweight setup with a more aggressive look and I think these definitely achieved those goals for me. As for the Nitto Invo tires, I've only driven about 60 miles on them so far, but I'm very impressed. They are lightweight, quiet, and grip impressively so far compared to the Michelin PS2s and the Bridgestone RE050a Pole Positions I used previously. Here are the pics: |

I've always loved those rims. Great choice! They suite the style and purpose of the car perfectly. Do you notice the weight difference from your previous wheels while driving?

I do notice the difference in weight. The car seems much more agile and the steering response has improved quite a bit. That could also be the tires as well.

They only make one 18" fitment for BMW's and that is a 18x8.5" +40 wheel. If you went with 18's, you would have to run a square setup. The other sizes in 18" don't have our 5x120 bolt patten. I'm sure VividRacing could get them for you. Even Tirerack could if you give them a call I would think...

Was considering those myself and wondering how they would look on the e86. They have that cool ,lightweight, track-wheel look. Would look even meaner in a dark gunmetal

Thanks! Yeah. If I ever want to change the look a bit, I might just powdercoat these a gunmetal. I kind of like the finish on them now though since it really pops against black.

Is the rear tire stretched a little? From a couple of the pictures, it looks like a tire wider than 275 might fit better? Those do seem light for a 19 in wheel.

I definitely gave it some serious thought though. I might give it a try with my next set of tires though...not sure yet since I won't have to worry about that for about 15K-20K miles...assuming I keep this setup that long. I tend to change wheels/tires frequently. |

Nice. Very much like M-Pars, which I've always liked.
