20" X5 wheels rollin on a Z4 3.0si
Here are a few pics of my Z4 3.0si dropped on 20". The springs are H&R and the wheels are from the 4.6 X5 sport pkg. The cornering is sick on this car now! Couldn't believe that they fit.
Last pick is of the 2010 Z4 .....Can't wait to mod that one up! |

Are they heavy as Fvkk? They look good...better than I expected but it has to come with a cost to performance. Oh well...probably the best 20s I have seen on our car.

Performance got better for cornering, (on rails) just a bit of tramlining at first, and they are obviously heavier than the stockers. But I think overall its worth it... I know some people say GHETTO but hey, bigger wheels are just a personal preferance. 18's look SOFT

Speaking of logical, if you can explain to me how in the blue hell performance related to cornering got any better with these as opposed to the 18's it had, considering these wheels are significantly heavier, I'd love to hear it. Punching yourself in the junk is a personal preference too, but that doesn't make it smart. |

in my opinion, i would never buy 20's. but, i cant say they dont fit the car well. i think they actually look really good.
as far as ghetto, i dont know if id go that far. maybe chromed 100 spoked 20's could be considered ghetto but i dont really see stock five stars being a ghetto type of rim. |

Chrome would be ghetto. But those are killer. Considering a vert Z4 isn't a hardcore race/track car I say a little bit of extra weight isn't the end of the world.
Silver on silver just works. More pics and include some angles! |

I never got that memo from BMW that said I wasn't allowed to cruise in their cars and draw attention. I'll be sure to keep my car hidden in the garage for now on and only take it out on the track... no street driving. Wow, thanks for enlightening me. |
