Thx for the pics MPOWER. I'll move my bungs a few inches back and see what happens. If that doesn't solve it, then I'm out of options and I'll prolly grab ESS's handheld.

1) 2C7E - Oxygen sensor after Cat trim control 2) 2C93 - Exhaust gas temp sensor plausibility I can see it effecting #1, but #2? I have zero idea about why my EGT is throwing anything, because it's in the exact location as stock Euro. Question: Does running different gas between Canada and the US make a difference, and could that be enough to throw codes whereas others aren't? (Chevron 94oct - Canada vs. 92 - US) Going to see what's up after the move is made tomorrow regardless. |

^ maybe the EGT sensor get damaged upon removing or installation , have the shop check the EGT sensor reading on the scanner to verify the temp of the car when it is hot ..best of luck

Using the same ones that are on page 1 / above (original). The only difference is that they've been cut to half their length. Why?

Update: Ghost in the Machine
So by now, with all the dicking around and expense, I could have just purchased a new Euro Sec 1. Regardless, I've had to cut into my Section 1 three different times in this order: 1)Relocate O2's and EGT (as per 1st page) - End result = CEL 2)On suggestion, cut back longer J-bung to standard others have used & reinstall - CEL again. 3)On another suggestion, move bungs farther back a couple of inches - yep CEL Funny thing is, this afternoon I noticed my NAV wasn't working. The screen just said "please wait" or something like that. Park the car, arm the alarm... and a fan under the hood starts up. Goes for a few minutes and shuts off. First time I've heard that since I've owned it. I'm like 'hmm strange'. Head to the grocery store. CEL still on, and no NAV. Come out, and BINGO --> Nav is working again and I have no CEL. *Scratches head* If anyone has an idea, I'm all ears. |

...I hate these kind of 'ghost' issues. Man... that is really weird.

I really think its time you looked into the ESS tune,
I have it on mine and ot goes hand in hand with the euro headers, They do a tune that turns down the post cat senors too (this tune I do not have)
