ok, can i ask what the euro headers actually are? are they the same ones as delivered on the euro spec z4's? or is this an after market header?

They are the m3 headers. The CSL headers is what came on the euro Z4m, which are very rare, so most run the M3 headers(aka euro headers). They supposedly increase torque by 25. Best bang for the buck and Donovan is the guy to buy them from.

To add to this: the CSL headers are said to provide no performance over the regular euro headers. They're just lighter. So, since the CSL is harder to find, more expensive and aren't more performant, most go for the euros.
