Yes. But you'll also need to install the face-lifted tail-lights, face-lifted rear bumper, and also get a new headlight module and programming done at the dealer.
Assuming you get everything brand new, you're looking at about $5K for the project. Getting used parts would of course make it cheaper. But you'll need a new headlight module (which is one of the places that stores the mileage of the car and other important info) as they're vehicle specific and can't be re-programmed to work on another Z4.
