OEM Sirius install
While wasting time tonight, I happened upon an E46 Sirius module install video on YouTube. The E46 head unit is essentially the same as our E85/6 head unit with slightly different cosmetics. I was pleasantly surprised at how navigating between stations works, and what info is displayed - on the tiny non-nav display I always assumed this was a royal PITA and therefore was of no interest to me.
But now I live in the middle of nowhere, with literally ZERO FM stations within range that I want to listen to. Now I want to add OEM Sirius. I found this unit, which appears to be the current/final one that's the correct fitment for our cars, and at $300, the cost is reasonable - especially if it includes a 1-year subscription (does anyone know if it does?): https://www.ecstuning.com/b-genuine-...r/65120439436/ Questions: 1. What other parts are required? What's a fairly simple antenna solution, perhaps something I can mount under the rear window someplace? 2. Is any subscription included with this unit? 3. Has anyone installed this thing and have any comments? I've searched around and most of the Sirius info for the Z4 (here and everywhere else) is ancient and not of much help. Thanks for any insight anyone can provide.

Spotty. I'm really in the sticks. Otherwise it's a pretty good solution, though I really want the integrated experience.

Unlikely that it would include a subscription if it's through ECS.
I have a less elegant but more versatile solution. Radio from Sirius in a vent-clip dock plugged into the aux. Pop the radio out when I get home and dock it in the house with an FM modulator. Listen on any FM radio in the house. Car and home on one subscription.
