Alcantara or LEATHER Shift boot or e-brake boot GROUP BUY
Hey guys,
My friend who has a own company that makes custom alcantara or suede products, is doing my ebrake and shift boot at the moment. Since he already has the measurements for both parts, I am shooting this here to see if anyone else would be interested in doing it....like always, the more people we get, the cheaper it will be. you will be required to send your ebrake boot to do this unless you can really do yourself. Its super complicated. For the shift boot, i dont think is required to send as he has mine. here are pictures of my ebrake boot removed just now, and some of his finished products. update: didnt know he had bmw leather too Last edited by AriuSen; 09-01-2016 at 11:43 AM.. |

Interesting - could he do the shift boot in standard black leather but with the M tri-color stitching?

Id do this in a heart beat Alex, but my stuff and a few more parts already has a date over in Europe.
Can't wait to see how this turns out Budd. What sort of costings are you looking at for ebrake and shift boot? |

+1 for nice, quality leather. (Even though I know this is for Alcantara/suede only)

I have been thinking about getting these from leatherz.com for a while now.
If the quality is good and I can select Dream Red stitching with black alcantara I would be down for a set. |

Interested, may pick up the new parts and just send those bits as I need my car intact!

Interested as well...... but will be price dependent as I'm up here in the Great White North. I'd like to see the finished product that you're having done.

I'm in for a grey alcantara brake boot with M-Stripe stitching to match my shift boot.
Will post pic of shift boot to match later. |

Thanks! Dunno if I want to remove and send away my existing boot. But if your guy can get the pattern from some other source, I'm definitely interested in one in black leather with the tricolour M stitching.
