Looking for opinion on BBS rims
I own an alpine white Z4 with black top and red leather interior.
I've decided on BBS SR rims, but have had a hard time visualizing the look. Not sure if I should go with the "Matte Graphite Accent" or the "Anthracite Painted." I couldn't find any images on the web with the Matte Graphite Accent as it is new. I did find a Porsche with a white body and a black top sort of show how the Anthracite Painted rims would contrast the alpine white body. Do you think the Anthracite Painted will be too dark? Do you think the Matte Graphite will be harder to keep looking clean with the dish part of the rim being matte? What do you think will look the best? Any thoughts? |

I'd go with the anthracite, the others look a little tacky. Too over the top in styling like cheaper wheels. And the anthracite will contrast well with the white car.

I think the rims you've chosen would look better if you had a BBK to show off.

This! I <3 me some nice BBS wheels. Will always miss my LMs.
Regarding the finish, the Matte Anthracite can have a pretty cool effect, I wouldn't count it out entirely.

Personally, I'd lean more towards the anthracite. Can't beat the contrast against Alpine White
Example:

I'm not employed by VMR, but after looking at those BBS wheels and the VMR ones (710s?), VMR wins hands down in my opinion in the looks department. You'll save some serious money too I'd imagine. VMR makes a great wheel, I've been extremely happy with my two sets.
