19x9.5 et33 on z4 3.0si?
Just need a quick question answered for some rims I am considering: will the above offset fit in the rear without rubbing?

It depends on the tire you plan to run. I ran a 18x9.5 et35 on a lowered car with 255/35 and it didn't rub but if you plan to ride wider or tall profile it may. You should be prepared to roll the fenders worst case.

Will likely rub, a 265/35-19 is over 26". Stock height of 255/35-18 is 25". That 1" is a lot... you'd be better off running a 255/30 or 265/30-19.

+1 you're gonna want a 30 sidewall. The offsets will be fine with the above mentioned tires. I was running 19x10 +36 and could air down and tuck almost to rim without rubbing.
